My Story
Hi, I’m Anna. My path into holistic health began long before I ever touched a face.
My first calling came through my own healing journey.
Years ago, I found myself facing a breast tumour, feeling frightened, stuck, and unsure where to turn.
That experience changed everything. Through Ayurveda, nutrition, bodywork, mindset practices, and rebuilding trust in my own body, I regained my health — and discovered the deep desire to guide others through their own transformations.
I spent the next two decades helping clients heal, repair, regulate, and reconnect through bodywork and holistic therapies.
What led me into facial work
As I moved into my forties, I began noticing changes in my own face — the effects of stress, gravity, tension and life itself.
Like many women, I searched for answers.
But instead of turning toward injectables or quick fixes, I felt called to understand why the face changes — from the inside out.
I discovered that:
Deep nasolabial folds often reflect tight masseter muscles
A double chin can be linked to fibrosis in the medial pterygoid or SCM
11 lines connect to tension along the back fascial line
Puffiness can reflect lymphatic stagnation or hormonal patterns
Alignment, posture and breath shape far more profoundly than creams
Hooded eyelids are often connected to tightness in occipitalis-frontalis muscles and the cranial aponeurosis
The face tells the story of the body.
Every wrinkle is a message.
Every line has a root.
Every change has a cause.
And when we support the body — the face transforms naturally.
My Therapeutic Background
My facial work is informed by years of therapeutic bodywork and clinical experience.
Alongside facials, my background includes clinical treatments, deep tissue and remedial work, Ayurvedic treatments, aromatherapy massage, Swedish massage, Indian head massage, reflexology, and pregnancy support.
This foundation allows me to work with posture, tension patterns, circulation, and the nervous system — so the face is never treated in isolation from the rest of the body.
This discovery led me to train extensively with leading teachers around the world, from Europe to Asia, learning advanced sculpting techniques, osteopathic-inspired facial work, and fascia-focused methods that address bone support, muscle balance, and the nervous system.
My purpose became clear:
Help women age with confidence, clarity, and connection — not fear.
I want my 15-year-old daughter to grow up seeing that beauty can be nurtured naturally, that ageing is not a flaw, and that she never needs to chase perfection to be worthy.
This method is for her, for you, and for every woman who wants to age well, not less.
My Philosophy
I believe that beauty on the outside begins with balance on the inside.
The body is a living, intelligent system — capable of repair, renewal, and profound transformation when we give it the right tools.
Through movement, alignment, nourishment, mindset, and touch, we can soften lines, release patterns, lift tissues, and restore vibrancy.
My mission is not simply to teach facial techniques —
but to help women reconnect with themselves.
